About: 

Alison Warner is an award winning trades coach and author who recently launched an online coaching program for tradespeople looking to scale their business.

Goal: 

Alison came to us for help growing her business.  She wanted to take her online program subscribers to the next level and scale the program in a controlled but reliable way.

Specifically she wanted a marketing system that she could invest in and get a measurable outcome of at least 3x her investment over the course of a year.

Firstly, we started with strategic planning.  We worked with Alison to understand:

The core benefits of her service

Understand her target market

Build measures and KPIs to track lead flow and conversions

Measure her investment capability against real world data to ensure her goal were achievable

Plan out an conversion path and funnel to take people from not knowing her to buying

Create a supporting content and ad plan to drive awareness and bring leads into her funnel

Create a detailed plan on what needs to be done to get the campaign live

  1. Campaign build and launch

We then built the campaign and filmed all of Alison’s content, enabling us to launch within 6 weeks of the starting the build process.

From there we used our KPI and measures to quickly optimise and deliver a 10x return on her investment.

Cost per lead: £6.66

Monthly ad budget: £1,850pm

Monthly attributed sales: £19,000
