Fulfillment and Cancellation Policy
At Louder Digital, we provide bespoke marketing services through individually agreed contracts with each client. As a service-based agency, we do not sell physical goods or offer downloadable digital products via our website. Instead, our engagements are based on monthly retainers or project-based agreements, with deliverables outlined and agreed upon directly with each client.
Fulfillment Policy
All services are delivered remotely and tailored to the scope defined in each client’s agreement. This typically includes marketing strategy, content creation, paid advertising, web development, and related services. Timelines, deliverables, and communication expectations are defined at the start of each engagement.
Delivery of Services
We begin work upon receipt of a signed agreement and the initial payment (if applicable). Services are delivered according to the project plan or monthly retainer structure outlined in the contract. Progress is communicated regularly through email, virtual meetings, or project management tools.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom and time-based nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for work already completed or time already allocated. If a refund is warranted (e.g., in case of overpayment), this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our discretion.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary per client agreement. Generally:
- Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- Project-based work may be cancelled prior to completion; however, the client is liable for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
We recommend clients refer to their individual agreements for specific cancellation clauses.
